Health and wellness promotion are our main and only line of business at Lifestyle Improvements, Inc. Our mission at Lifestyle Improvements is to evaluate lifestyle behaviors and risks and assess how they influence an individual’s health and impact their organization by affecting productivity, quality of life, energy levels and vitality throughout a lifetime. This means moving away from a system that focuses on episodic care in response to acute illness toward a system that is proactive and emphasizes health across a lifetime. As a result, we provide clients with a competitive advantage by implementing comprehensive health and wellness programs.

Our company philosophy at Lifestyle Improvements is to help client employees gradually and sustainably move towards greater health and wellness. We do not recommend or encourage huge behavior changes. We teach client employees how to improve healthy lifestyles with reasonable, manageable baby steps to improve health. We encourage, motivate and facilitate small changes that, implemented consistently over time, result in big health changes and improvements. We build sincere relationships with client employees and are passionate about helping individuals improve health.

Lifestyle Improvements, Inc. is a woman-owned small business, thus helping clients meet diversity quotas. We are not formally affiliated with any insurance companies, third party administrators or provider networks, although we provide services for many of these groups.

Company Description and History

Lifestyle Improvements, Inc. is a Corporate Wellness Consulting firm specializing in meeting the specific needs of each client. Our headquarters is located in Atlanta, Georgia, although we service the entire United States. We have successfully coordinated wellness programs, wellness consulting and health fairs including biometric screenings and educational displays for corporations, schools, churches and organizations since 1984, resulting in 36 years of successful experience in the wellness field. We provide several hundred successful health fairs annually throughout the United States, and we plan and implement a wide variety of wellness programs for many clients. We provide services customized to accommodate needs and budget, and we manage the development and implementation of a wide variety of client wellness programs.

Leadership and Staffing

Our staff primarily includes Registered Nurses, Exercise Physiologists, Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Practical Nurses, Health Educators, Physical Therapists, Registered Dieticians, Health Coaches, Occupational Therapists, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Therapists, Health Screeners, Nutritionists and certified Massage Therapists. In addition to degrees (mostly Master’s Level in health fields), many are certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, and most staff are qualified Health Coaches. Our staff is very experienced, well trained, personable and professional. We exceed all industry standards with respect to continuing education,  training, proficiency testing, and quality control. Our experience is extensive and our owner is a Fellow of the International Association for Worksite Health Promotion. We are committed and passionate about health and wellness in both our personal and professional lives, and we thrive on helping others develop and enjoy the huge benefits of health and wellness.
